This project proposes a modern luxury G+1 bungalow on a 185 sqm (2000 sqft) site with a built-up area of 360 sqm (3900 sqft), designed for a 6–8 member family. The design envisions a futuristic architectural expression with a strong vertical façade language, enhanced by linear lighting and a clean, service-free elevation. Spatial planning integrates flexible living with dedicated guest accommodations, comprising formal living areas and guest bedrooms on the ground floor, and private family spaces on the upper level. The residence is further elevated by a landscaped terrace featuring a semi-covered zone and a swimming pool, offering a premium leisure experience. Emphasis is placed on maximizing natural light, cross ventilation, and visual connectivity, while adhering to Vaastu principles as far as possible. The design ensures seamless circulation with integrated lift access, staircase, and covered parking, achieving a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and contemporary living.
