The ground floor accommodates formal and semi-private functions, including living, dining, kitchen, and guest suites, complemented by landscaped green areas and dual parking. The upper floor is planned as a private family zone with a master suite, additional bedrooms, and a shared living space. A multifunctional terrace featuring a swimming pool, greenery, waterfall elements, and semi-covered areas creates a leisure-centric environment. The design adheres to Vaastu principles while prioritizing natural light, cross-ventilation, and modern lifestyle amenities, including lift access and integrated circulation.
