The development includes a main hospitality block with 25–30 guest rooms, a reception, and a sea-facing restaurant that encourages indoor–outdoor interaction. Additional amenities such as a banquet hall and poolside bar enhance the social and recreational experience, while two exclusive cottages with private pools offer a more intimate and premium stay. Tropical landscaping with palm-lined pathways, curvilinear circulation, and layered greenery enhances the resort ambiance.
