This project proposes a modern luxury G+3 bungalow on a 380 sqm site, with a built-up area of approximately 840 sqm, designed in accordance with detailed Ayadi-Vaastu principles. The design integrates a mixed-use program, with the lower two floors dedicated to commercial and functional spaces, including office areas and a godown, while the upper floors accommodate refined residential living for a family of eight with guest provisions. The architectural expression emphasizes verticality through strong linear elements, solid pillars, large fenestrations, and integrated greenery, enhancing both aesthetics and environmental performance. Spatial planning prioritizes generous bedrooms, well-defined living areas, and flexible accommodation, ensuring comfort, privacy, and adaptability. The terrace level is conceived as a leisure zone, featuring a concrete swimming pool and seating, elevating the experiential quality of the residence. A clean, elegant façade with linear lighting and concealed services, combined with ample daylight, ventilation, and efficient circulation via staircase and lift, defines the overall architectural character.
