ARCWELL

This project envisions an Ayadi–Vaastu compliant mixed-use residence designed for a compact urban setting, bringing together diverse functions within a cohesive architectural framework. The design follows a minimal, contemporary, and low-maintenance architectural approach, with an emphasis on clean forms, natural light, greenery, water elements, and a strong connection between the built and natural environment. Generous glazing, open spaces, balconies, and terraces create a sense of openness while allowing abundant daylight and seamless indoor–outdoor transitions. Contemporary building systems and sustainable features are integrated discreetly to enhance comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance, while maintaining a refined and understated architectural character.
