Conceived as a bold mixed-use landmark along a high-traffic highway, this project for Shiv Shakti Enterprises is envisioned to establish a strong architectural identity while reinforcing the brand’s regional prominence. The 9-storey tower, comprising two basement levels, ground floor, and six upper floors, rises as a contemporary statement of scale, visibility, and presence within a challenging urban edge condition. The uppermost levels are articulated as a refined duplex residence, housing two master suites and two additional bedrooms with attached facilities, complemented by expansive living, drawing, dining, and kitchen spaces-creating a private sanctuary elevated above the commercial framework. The lower floors are designed as flexible, leasable commercial spaces, planned with efficiency, adaptability, and clear circulation in mind. Responding to the site’s exposure to noise, dust, and pollution, the design integrates layered buffers, controlled façades, and strategic spatial zoning to ensure comfort while maintaining openness and visual connectivity. A separate G+1 block at the forefront accommodates office and vehicle workshop functions, forming a cohesive yet distinct operational edge. Envisioned as an iconic built form, the project balances performance with presence-merging functional clarity, environmental responsiveness, and visual dominance. The entire development is guided by Ayadi-Vastu principles, ensuring harmony, balance, and a future-ready architectural expression.
