This project envisions a G+1 residential home on a 600 sqm (6500 sq.ft.) site, with a built-up area of approximately 540 sqm (5800 sq.ft.), designed in alignment with Vedic Vaastu principles for a family of four within a spacious 4 BHK configuration. The architectural language blends contemporary and modern styles, responding sensitively to its semi-urban context while maintaining a refined and balanced aesthetic. The planning incorporates flexibility for future vertical expansion and potential subdivision, along with adaptable spaces for work-from-home and multipurpose use. A defining feature is the expansive 3000–3500 sq.ft. backyard dedicated to fruit plantation, promoting a sustainable and self-sufficient lifestyle. The design further integrates seasonal terraces, green roofs, and vertical landscaping to enhance environmental connection and usability. Emphasis is placed on optimal daylight, cross-ventilation, barrier-free access, and functional zoning to achieve a harmonious balance between modern living and ecological sensitivity.
