Conceived as a comprehensive automotive facility for Shiv Shakti Enterprises, this project brings together a state-of-the-art of an at least 10-bay service center and a contemporary showroom for heavy and medium commercial vehicles by Tata Motors. The design aims to create a seamless interface between high-performance servicing infrastructure and a customer-centric retail environment. The master planning is driven by efficiency and clarity, with well-defined zoning, streamlined vehicular circulation for large-format vehicles, and intuitive movement patterns that enhance both operational workflow and user experience. Set on an expansive 1.8-acre site, the development is envisioned as a future-ready campus, with provisions for a fuel station in Phase 2, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and long-term value within a cohesive architectural framework.
