FAMILY SIZE/OCUPANTS: Currently 4 +2-3 Guest. Currently there is no PET but may be in future.

HOW YOU LIVE AND ENTERTAIN: Mother is a house wife, Father is businessman Entertainment- Dancing, Novel Reading, Singing, Baking, Watching TV, Music etc.

FLEXIBLITY OF USE: Work-from-home to be possible

SUB-DIVISION OF FLOORS: Remote possibility of separate ownership but option to be considered in design (for future)

OTHER IMPORTANT FACTOR: 1st floor maybe designed considering mother's OCD problems. She requires 2 big size bathroom, one attached and another to be separate. No storage space or bed along with washroom wall. Big washbasin (sink size) nearby dining area

BUILDING APPEARANCE: Modern elegant look with lots of greenery. Durable materials on façade.

TYPE AND NUMBER OF SPACE REQUIRED :

• 1 common floor having jacuzzi, bath & large hall type convertible open space for workout, gym or as Multimedia room.

• separate floor having Master bedroom, + 1 or 2 bedroom, Pooja area, Kitchen, dining & drawing/living,

• 2-3 Parking with Driver room, Store room and toilet.

• A green terrace with seating and some water feature.
