Concept Design & Aayadi Vaastu consultant: BIOENERGETIC ARCHITECTURE TM (New Delhi)

Project aim is to build a dream home using Vaastu principal, that include both family and personal spaces for each individual. Where family will experience happiness and positive vibes.

On the other hand, a building should have a modern, stylish appearance with lots of greenery and durable materials on the facade.

This design is based on the 9 precepts of Bio-energetic Architecture that aim to create spaces that will promote wellbeing for the inhabitants in the most holistic sense of word. This design seeks to integrate the science of traditional Indian architecture with contemporary knowledge and lifestyle for achieving holistic wellbeing.

PROJECT BRIEF:

PROJECT PURPOSE/FACTOR: To built a dream home that include both family and personal spaces for each individual. Where family will experience happiness and positive vibes

FAMILY SIZE/OCUPANTS: Currently 4 +2-3 Guest. Currently there is no PET but may be in future.

HOW YOU LIVE AND ENTERTAIN: Mother is a house wife, Father is businessman Entertainment- Dancing, Novel Reading, Singing, Baking, Watching TV, Music etc.

FLEXIBLITY OF USE: Work-from-home to be possible

SUB-DIVISION OF FLOORS: Remote possibility of separate ownership but option to be considered in design (for future)

OTHER IMPORTANT FACTOR: 1st floor maybe designed considering mother's OCD problems. She requires 2 big size bathroom, one attached and another to be separate. No storage space or bed along with washroom wall. Big washbasin (sink size) nearby dining area

BUILDING APPEARANCE: Modern elegant look with lots of greenery. Durable materials on façade.

TYPE AND NUMBER OF SPACE REQUIRED :

  • 1 common floor having jacuzzi, bath & large hall type convertible open space for workout, gym or as Multimedia room.

  • separate floor having Master bedroom, + 1 or 2 bedroom, Pooja area, Kitchen, dining & drawing/living,

  • 2-3 Parking with Driver room, Store room and toilet.

  • A green terrace with seating and some water feature.

VEDIC VAASTU: Building to be designed according to Vaastu principles as much as possible.

IMPORTANT FEATURES TO BE CONSIDER: Good views, Connect with outdoor at all levels, Site planning for good landscape, Adequate daylight and ventilation in all rooms, Nice Façade with Balconies, Terrace Seating.

ACCESS: Staircase with Lift, Vehicle & Wheel chair access.
